But CAS cannot punish City, they can only overturn FIFA's decision. It would then be up to FIFA to change their process & try to punish the FA who In turn would chase City but that'd never stick if we challenged it & they know it. In my opinion, CAS will rule in FIFAs favour meaning we face no issues.
