Sanchez it is, happy with that. That much money for an 18 year old is a huge gamble and we have Gabby Jesus for 1/6th of the price so we are not going to lack quality and match-winners, on the night in those big CL games we're just going to have to be the better team.

We would never have gone to £160m
We seem to be unable to sell benchwarmers for more than 100 mill. Real does and did so recently with Morate and Danilo. Include the money they got from winning the CL (again) and in the end the money they need to pay extra is not that bad at all.
Furthermore I think we are one of a few teams that should not discuss or critisize transfersums paid by others. It would not surprise me at all if soon enough we will pay a record fee for a player.
Don't think you understand what a winning mentality means.
What is your understanding of what it means?
My take is that the OP doesn't think we have a side with players who have a winning mentality. I think we do.

When folk jumped to thinking it was us Monaco reported to UEFA, they were wrong.
It was most likely this lot and PSG. Had it been us, they'd have binned the Mendy deal and refused to do business with us.
One things for sure, Mbappe will move pretty quickly now to wherever he ends up.

It was most likely this lot and PSG. Had it been us, they'd have binned the Mendy deal and refused to do business with us.
One things for sure, Mbappe will move pretty quickly now to wherever he ends up.
