OK, but the point is their approach at various levels is not and has not been sustainable, whereas the PL is, and does not need salary caps. It favours the USA profiteers. Can I ask you ? If there is a salary cap, how do the bigger clubs with bigger attendances, bigger worldwide investment actually make use of their profits ? I hated City being the little fish in a big pond. Now we have some great benefactors not only for the club but for Manchester too,seeing what has happened is surely a better model than playing Burnley on an equal footing.
