It's not just the officials (and VAR), by the way. There is a variety of "tools" utilized so as to manipulate results. The big 2 have developed the relevant expertise. The rest are forced to follow (and play their game)...

Villarreal please do the upset in CL once again. Juventus, Bayern, Liverpool, that would be hell of a run to get to final with a squad much weaker than those.
Emery is the perfect underdog coach. Klopp would explode if he loses that semis.
also Villarreal aint in contention for CL places in the league, so only a CL win gets them back into it.
will be honest, it would be hard for us to beat them in a one off game too. very stable defensively when they raise their game and run some good counters all the time.
the least we can hope for is they dont let Liverpool to decide the tie in first leg already and have players rotated for 2nd leg. Pool starts home, so a 0-0, 1-1 would be great start.
