Honestly thought you were trying to say that you'd wiped all memory of the match from your memory due to the sheer horror of the experience.
I watched most of the match with my jaw hanging open in shock and disbelief at what I was witnessing, truly bewildering experience.
100% clear handball and penalty for city waved away and about 60 seconds later the red thieves were one up. Not too long later Salah appears to be marginally offside as he breaks from the halfway line and makes it 2-0. No break to check VAR, just goal given and kick off. No VAR images on the TV, no lines to show whether onside or off (not even shown during the half time chat, just simply airbrushed from history) until maybe midway through/very late on in the second half, and even then the images looked to have been "doctored" to give the illusion of onside and no explanation as to why it'd taken so long to show the images. We had a couple of other penalty claims waved away, the red thieves fouled without punishment all over the pitch and it was the day Gomez and Sterling began their "spat" (that then carried on into the England camp) after the former "nudged" the later off the pitch and into the advertising boards (again without even being told by the ref that he'd done anything wrong).
It was a total farce of a "match" and the day that I lost pretty much all of my interest in premier league football.
In some ways I wish I'd missed it too, in other ways I'm glad I saw it all with my own eyes.
