I hope I am not putting a jinx on us, but I have been very impressed by our avoidance of injuries this season.

While luck does have a bearing, so does proper supervision, training and warm up regimes. With Kolorov and Hargreaves today back in full training we dont appear to have any injurred players! Hats off to the management and medical teams and "touch wood" long may it continue.

Should never mention this subject even though you say you don't want to jinx it....

It is barely mid-season, thankfully we're not feeling the strain... although Richards, Kolorov etc have had the odd knock.
If you look at the injury table Arsenal have 9 injured players and Utd 8. We seem to be doing something right! :-)

Size of squad means players arent playing unless 100% fit and are rested when needed thus less injuries. Simple as that

I also think when a team is winning they seem to have less injuries Liverpool in the 80's seem to have the same team every week all season. It is easier work when you have the ball more then it is chasing it around

Was thinking this myself this morning funnily enough but didn't want to jinx it so didn't post!

Was thinking that it might be partly down to training. Some players complained that it wasn't intense enough under Mancini, but the comments from Nasri and Clichy about it being far rougher than at arsenal seems to contradict that these days. Aguero played his first full 90 in the prem on Sunday, that's a long time for a player to get up to speed whether he had a copa america this summer or not
