Seeing as the sound on my laptop is as good as dead (unless of course I pay to get it fixed) then yeah, they certainly would be useful.

if your that bothered about the laptops sound then go topcworld, but they will charge you just to tell you that whatevers wrong they cant do emselves. just take them speakers being offered =)
