The Thing.
Didn't appreciate this as a kid, but what a brilliant film this is.
Of all the human mutilation in this film, the dog scene still stands out as a horrible scene.
Oh and the practical effects are superb, shits all over CGI

@everythingchangesbutblue I think you're the friday the 13th fan arent you? You seen the fan film 'never hike alone'? Just seen it on YouTube, I wont go overboard like some have and say it was amazing, but it was very good for the budget, it had its flaws but on the whole it was decent, imagine what they could do with a bigger budget

Terminator Dark Fate.
Terminator 2 is my fave fil of all time and love T1 almost as much... so i went in to this with the lowest of low expectations. Came out pleasantly surprised. It cant hold a candle to the originals but this was pretty good. Its got alot of problems, mainly a poor script, too much CGI and some of the sequences are well overblown. But its enjoyable and Arnie is mint in his small part. Great to see Linda Hamilton back too. Mackenzie Davies is also really likeable
