Last Film You Saw

The order - Based on a true story, The Order follows FBI agent Husk (Jude Law) and his team into the tangled world of white supremacists to try to head off a violent uprising that could shatter the nation. As the militia builds a war chest of over $4 million, Husk pursues the malevolent racist Bob Mathews to a final bloody standoff that will go down in U.S. history....

Excellent, gripping film

Just watched the trailer on YT. It looks like my kind of film.

Watched it overnight. Very good. Jude Law (who I wouldn't be a big fan of) is excellent in it, even with the dodgy 'tache! Not 100% sure how I feel about the ending, mind. But to avoid spoilers, I'll say no more. 8.5/10

Trying to watch Cloverfield for the 2nd time after giving up years ago given the horrible acting/storyline. It is painful. I had to mute it. I hope they all die.

Over the festive period watched tonnes of Christmas films, still love the various Christmas Carol/scrooge films, Alastair Sim is the top one, Jim Carey next and then a few others. Christmas Vacation is always a favourite, Love Actually (ye I know but the wife will sit and watch it as well). Miracle on 34th St and many others.
12 Strong, based on true story of the first Americans into Afghan after 9/11, they have some serious balls on them and when you watch the extras, they are just unassuming guys you wouldn’t think twice to look at, a million miles from Chris Hemdsworth, 7.5/10.
