Last Film You Saw

Good Will Hunting - 8.5/10. A fine film, with very good character interaction and good acting. Havent seen it for years and had basically forgotten it all. Nicely done.
For me, Robin Williams gives one of the all time greatest performances. Unbelievable throughout, the delivery of the monologue about his wife is one of the greatest things in that film.

Saw The Banshees of Insherin and was blown away. Both Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson are just amazing, fantastic film.

Based on this I then watched In Bruges, not as good, though the 2 leads were fine, but Ralph Fiennes as a cockney gangster? Don't think so.

Gleeson also great in glumfest Calvary.
In bruges was tremendous Banshees decent in a twee way.

Nobody 2... Alright not as good as the first one, although couldn't hear half of it because the wife was on the phone to her mate for the entire film.
If she thinks we are having another movie night tonight she can think again.

Started watching the new naked gun last night, turned it off, liam neeson just needs to retire.

Tonight I tried the new airplane film, just turned it off, just effing awful.

BTW I rarely turn films off.

Who tf sanctions these films and who pays to make them?

A new Naked Gun and Airplane? That is so stupid. Leslie Nielson was those films! The warning signs should have been there for you!

I have never got Liam Neeson as an actor. I find him very boring. I cannot think of a standout film that I would choose to watch if Liam Nesson was mentioned.

We watched Rideshare (2018) this afternoon. It is a proper B Movie but Mrs and I were both bizarrely enthralled in it. Don't expect too much but it had quite a bit of dark humour in and was an enjoyable casual watch! I think people would either throw it out the window or quite enjoy it. Again, it is a B Movie!

I enjoyed the first one because it was so over the top stupid considering it was Bob Odenkirk. However, Saul Goodman might consider your comments on the 2nd film as an act of Defamation. It is worth a watch?

I'd say...

In the land of saints and sinners
Schindler's list
Silence
Lost Lives
The original Taken
The Grey

Were all very good films.

Kinsey was enjoyable too !

One of the all-time great filmmakers for me.

Had an incredible run in the 80s and 90s for creating some of the best feel good family and coming of age films of the last 50 years.
I have never seen the Breakfast Club or the Goonies which family and friends berate me for. Are they worth the watch?

Have you not seen him do slapstick and improv comedy on life’s too short.

Got to admit that I can't do with most of his films either, but Taken was tailor made for him.
