Last Film You Saw

Ant-man and although a painful watch the cinema-tic's were pleasing with quite a few comical moments. The story line was undulating dross but we stayed resolutely strapped to our seats until daft o'clock this morning praying for redemption. And then we got woken at 08:00 for a Gas Safety Check that was cancelled 5 days earlier, yet the amoebic-oddity still tried to charm his way in. But I stood my ground after the wife raised out of her mattress like a scene from the Exorcist hair matted and tangled over furrowed brow snorting "Non Shall Pass Bob" . Anyway he fooked off sharp and that was us in the wide awake club after only 5 hours kip and I tried to get her back to sleep with my alter boy training but all to no avail.

It got good reviews, but i just didn’t fancy it. Another costume drama
Hmm!

I'm much the same!

It's the period drama hoity-toity stuff that irks me.

I have it, but not built myself up to watch it yet.

Well I'll say it's smart mouthed. The dialogue is pared right back. Result: To me, it seemed to have more in common with Fleabag / Phoebe Waller Bridge than Emma Thomson and Merchant Ivory. Sadly, this didn't extend to graphic anal sex jokes.

Anyone noticed how awkward Kevin Bacon and Fred Ward look in the first scene of Tremors. They have obviously barely touched a cig in their life but were supposed to look like gruff cowboys hehe.
