You suggest we allow posters to post whatever they like, wherever they like? If you are, why bother with threads at all? Just have one big open furum.Think you’re taking your moderating duties a bit to seriously

Tell you what; I'll put it to the bossman*. I can’t say fairer than that. I'm a bloody nice chap, see? Even if I don't cycle everywhere.Sounds interesting;-)
Re OUATITW- Leone had wanted Eastwood and Van Cleef to be part of the hitman posse who wait at the station in the opening scene, thus shocking the audience when they are both bumped off early in the film.
Over 40 yrs for meAnybody watched 1984 recently?
Just watched this after reading your post and thoroughly enjoyed itIt’s actually called “Sicario - the day of the Soldado” and it’s good - just a little short of the original imo.
Last Stop in Yuma County is also well worth a watch…we really enjoyed it. Some vibes of “No Country for Old Men” but largely set in a remote roadside diner/gas station.
You could add 'Once upon a time in America' to that list. Different era but similar themes. Up there in my top 20.1 Good bad and ugly
2 Once upon a Time in the West
3 Few dollars more
4 Fist full of dollars.
Not much between them, there all great.
