The Dark, it was better than the rating giving on imdb anyway, well worth a watch, it is a horror but also not, probably why it gets a low rating from the gibbons who can't tell the difference and just want 90 mins of gore.

The young girl, Helena Zengel, did a fantastic job for a 12 year old. Very enjoyable film

Tenet. It's a 2 and a half hour film, got an hour and a half into it and realised I had absolutely no idea what was going on and couldn't care less what was going on. Stupidly over complicated borefest which I couldn't even finish.
Considering Interstellar is one of my favourite movies ever made, this was beyond disappointing.

Maniac (2012) probably one of my favourite horror films. Superb soundtrack, Elijah Wood plays a brilliant serial killer.

"Monster Hunter".
I've been waiting for this to come out since October, but saw it had a tentative release date of April 2021.
No idea why I wanted to see it so much. I think it's cos it reminded me of "Starship Troopers" for the sheer hokum. In that regard, it did not disappoint and like "Starship Troopers"(for its time) the CGI work is quite impressive, actually! So that surprised me!
Paul W. S. Anderson directs and there are some very impressive shots that go into this piece.
If you fancy a bit of nonsense, then this might float your boat!
