Nice laid back Western. Some good acting from Lance Henrikson.

Prequel to X, very different tone and less of a full on horror than X, its more of a character study of Pearl, it is so. fucking. good. Mia Goth deserves an oscar for her performance as Pearl but obviously wont because, you know, horror.

Black Adam - 8/10

Shame they weren't bold enough to show the actual violent acts, would have made the character more menacing. Black Adam comes close to the old Spawn movie but they toed the PG ratings line to make more money.

All quiet on the western front.
Brilliant, absolutely brutal. One of the best war films ever. And possibly the best Netflix film ever.
Makes you think of what the poor bastards in Ukraine are going through.

Holy shit .
That was a stunning film . Scenes reminiscent of Saving Private Ryan and a similar narrative.
About as anti war as it could get.
Visually breathtaking and very very sad.

Don’t Look Up - really cleverly written and quite funny disaster movie that perfectly captures our reliance on social media. Pretty decent cast too with DeCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Jonah Hill etc.
