Star Trek Beyond - usual formula...seemingly unbeatable aliens, reconfiguring vital equipment in the nick of time to save the day (at least 3 times that I can remember), and a fist fight in a high place between the main protagonists at the film's climax.

7/10, despite having seen it all before.

Batman V Superman. Started off poorly but I stuck with it in case it got better. It didn't. An hour and a half of my life wasted and I turned off with still an hour and a half to go. What a pile of unadulterated fucking shite. If you watch a film that's based on utter fucking nonsense then you expect it to at the very least be exciting.
Worst film I've seen this year. I hope the producers get ulcerated arseholes and bleed for a month.
