Last Film You Saw

It’s a great film, beautifully shot. It’s long but didn’t flag at all.
 
Trying to lift the post-derby gloom, watched two films during media black-out.
Carry On - very good but fell away a little towards the end. 7/10 Well worth a watch.
Heretic - really enjoyed this, great performance from Hugh Grant. 8/10
 
I finally managed to see The Substance, you think you are watching another take on early Cronenberg and then you hit the last 10 minutes, pfffffffff......loved it.
If you like your shrimp fast forward over that scene with Quaid! You ll thank me later. :) :) :)
 
Watched it a couple of nights ago, I go 'This films won awards, do you fancy trying it?' then there are arses and boobs and muffs all the way through and I could tell my other half wasn't too pleased. Thought Demi Moore was great in it, and I read in the trivia that the young girl (who is unrecognisable at the end) actually played the part of the 'thing' took ages to get into costume

Last one i sat through was 'the red one' with the rock and the guy out of whiplash, it was too long and too boring

I watched recently but won't be watching again . Not that it's a bad film, it just made me feel thoroughly uncomfortable throughout. I know that's entirely the point but I struggle with animal hospital... 3 popcorns out of 5...

Could see the ending coming and the twist I had an incling not all as it seemed, here’s a thought I had after, he was from Kabul, what if he was a plant and part of what was going on outside the conclave in the real world to get him noticed when he made the speech, Conclave 2 the enemy within!
