Latest from MEN - Crouch

If he came I would support him like I would any other player that pulls on the shirt. This target man Idea, isnt Crouch crap in the air and awful with this head?

Although I agree he is very good and bringing it down with his chest and laying it off. I just cant help but think our game will change and we will look long all the time. Would suit Dunne though if he is still here

Not sure that's true. The point of having a target man is to give us otions.
Against the rags at the swamp we hav lots of mid field posession but everything seemed to fade out in the penalty area as their defence could organise themselves to stop our plan A. We had no Plan B because we had no talented target man.

Ideally the opposition shouldn't know beforehand if we'll choose A or B or mix them up, if you get my drift.

Did you not see how many times the ball was hoofed up to Caceido and he did nothing with it last year? Crouchy fits our gameplay perfectly because he's not so good with his head but then we don't put a lot of crosses in. He's better with his feet which is how we play. I hope he will work on his heading if he does come though. I think Hughesy should keep him and SWP, Robbie, Petrov, Zab, Richards and Schmeichel behind for 1 hr every practise and just have them pumping the ball in for Crouch to direct headers on target. Will improve Crouchy's heading and the rest of them get better at crossing (except Kasper!)

Don't want him i personally think that would be a very very very dissapointin signin.....hes crap and over rated.....wouldn't want him in a city kit he shouldnt get picked over defoe on england bench because defoe is well better just not rated as much as he should now he would be a signin id like to see.....really cant stand crouchy

Who do u suggest we sign there not breaking down the doors to join us.

Some people think we are bigger than we are just cos we have money get in the real world we are still MCFC
and Crouch [England international] would net us the goals we need when santa is sick [which will be most of the time]
And last time i looked Defoe was still a midget i think we have enough of those

He'd be a better signing than Crocky, but my biggest worry is how it might affect the style of football we play. That's what i've loved about the last 2 years as a City fan... our style of play. Sven introduced this to our game and we carried on in the same vein last season. When i watched other games as a neutral on Sky and i saw teams like Blackburn, Newcastle, Middlebrough etc, it honestly filled me with great pride realising how lucky we are to watch the football that we watch. I would have killed myself a long, long time ago if i were a fan of one of these aforementioned teams. It's been great going to home games the last 2 years not just knowing that we will win, but knowing we will do it in an attractive way. If Hughes coaches this style and freedom out of our team, i may well be reduced to tears or something! Nothing filled me with more satisfaction than seeing the likes of Ireland, Robinho, SWP, Elano etc strutting their stuff. If next season becomes a Dunne-to-Crouch-fest, then i'll be the first to vent my anger, you can be sure about that.
