It was probaby kakas maid at the window. the lazy woman couldn't be arsed going downstairs to get the kitchen roll so decided to use an old milan shirt to clean the windows, she got abit out of breath reaching so high and her pacemaker shorted out, 3 thumps to the chest got it going again

I had a giggle at that....Sounds plausible.
