Latest survey - website & digital platforms

Done.

Not visited the official site for months, used to be daily. Always thought i'd just get used to it but I can't. Just tend to use twitter & bbc for our news now.

Just done it.
I hope everyone gets stuck in to the shoddy effort they've given us this year.
Compared to the excellent site we used to have.

I rarely, if ever, use the City site. I last logged on to relocate my Seasoncard and I genuinely have no plans to browse it again. Twitter usually informs me what's happening and when it's happened. City Watch etc.

Nice to get the chance to tell them what I think of that new website.

Linked on it today and absolutely gave them the whole nineyards.Slated it ,without using expletives which to be honest was quite hard..

Really hope they get shot of the mob they drafted in who came up with the website and the development of it.We will see next season but I for one am not holding my breath. Its truly been a state since the day of its inception.

Too much women's football stuff on there. I know they need to fill pages when it's pre-season but the drop down link at the top is all you need. Plus I have no need to see players on beaches.

My comment was essentially that the Official Website could be the greatest in the world by now but it already lost me because the first months were atrocious and the general format was awful. So if they want to lure me back they better get help from fans (on forums like this) to add the best of the old format and anything that's working good in the new one.

I also said that there seems to be consensus among fans that the website was the first time in recent times that the club actually went backwards. Which is a huge pity when so much was going right as a club ("on the pitch" aside).

Could we compare this to any other business or hobby of our own? I follow Wales too but never look at the FAW site. It was last to book my Serbia away ticket and took minutes at best.

I use the Amazon app to buy random shit and Twitter to keep up to date with everything City. I assume us Twitterites follow comical geniuses like Macca (The Paris Angel)?

I rarely spot official City merch in town. The Market Street club shop appears closed. Do people make a special effort to go to City itself to buy a shirt or jacket?

Sadly unless we have enough of Wix's ear little will change on the website front, not by the beginning of next season anyway.
Wix only sponsor the website, it is not their platform. Got that info direct from the web team
