Lawrenson is so anti City or what...

Totally agree BBC coverage ( watched on HD SKY+) was abismal...

and heres my rant for what its worth..

ref MOTD coverage of the manchester Derby Carling cup 19/01/10 , Despite been the biggest derby in years ,
the coverage of the ground , fans , flags , banter and overall atmosphere was absolutely dismal,
is`nt it the romance of these derbys that inspires witty inter-club banter flag waving and singing , sound quality from inside the COMS was dreadful and I was watching on bbc hd ?
the match, the cup ,the game is so much more than the 90 minutes ?
too much time of the coverage wasted on harking back to 1970`s for both clubs -
do I have to wait another 30 years to see the true "electric" atmosphere that 46 thousand plus generated last nite ,
should have gone to watch in the pub or is that what the producers thought , we would all be in a noisey pub somewhere and sound quality,passionate programme making didnt matter ?

Who gives a shite about Lawrenson. They're all clowns the lot of them and they wouldn't know contreversy if it them in the face.
I wish ye could watch a match covered by RTE (the Irish chanel) when they show matches, it's just the truth you get out of them and it's brilliant to watch a times, so refreshing to the BBC crap. Especially like when say Ronaldo would play shocking for United, the BBC would just on a loop show his tricks over and over again and say how amazing he was, while the lads on RTE would have a few criticise him all night like. It's brilliant stuff.

Lawro was a disgrace, and Guy ??? was a terrible commentator.

At least Shearer disagreed with the commentator who'd been going on
about all United's possession (in their own half), and mentioned the
Richards/Saha Penalty being the same.

I have to go for this all we got was slagged of from beginning to end, they even had a sly did at the lights out thing before the match the twunts.
