Lawro's Prediction for Manchester City v Wolves

clean sheet at home, be a tough game, mick will park the titanic, 10 man defence, it be a struggle to break them down, i say 2-0
he wont go at us like they did last nite and seen what damage we do with the b side

As already mentioned would really love a clean sheet for this one. City (7) and Newcastle (6) are the only sides to concede under double figures this term but we seem to be conceding a customary goal in games at the moment while scoring lots. Would also love to continue the goalscoring but would happily take a comfortable 2-0, we can't keep going on like this forever.

With all this in mind, my prediction 4-1.

-- Thu Oct 27, 2011 8:07 pm --

As already mentioned would really love a clean sheet for this one. but the only thing I would say about the 6-1 scoreline is that it was only 1-0 when United had Jonny Evans sent off and those three late goals which gave it such a resounding look were because United were still trying to get something from the game with 10 minutes left.

When you put it like that Lawro you are right, we were lucky to get anything out of it.

You're keen!

I'll settle for 1-0 on Saturday. Or 2-0, 3-0, 4-0 etc.

The goal conceded against Villa was a shocker and I'd like to see City tighten up at the back.

When the goal fest ends we'll need a strong defence to ensure wins in the PL.
