Lawro's Prediction for Manchester City v Wolves

did we not win the league beating the rags then? thank fuck fer lawro telling us tht we would've looked really silly otherwise, has somebody informed the club as they may need to cancel the victory parade they were no doubt planning?

but the only thing I would say about the 6-1 scoreline is that it was only 1-0 when United had Jonny Evans sent off and those three late goals which gave it such a resounding look were because United were still trying to get something from the game with 10 minutes left.

When you put it like that Lawro you are right, we were lucky to get anything out of it.

LOL Well said.

The lenght these pundits (jokers) will go to to protect the reputation of the mighty Manure. Let it go Lawrenson FFS.

Couldn't give a toss what the score is on Saturday, as long as the lads work for each other like they did at the swamp. That'll do me just fine, and a win would be nice too!

I certainly hope we don't completely reload. The game against Villareal is the game we have to win. Put a team out that should handle wolves and make sure we have our very best completely fit for midweek.

I'll settle for 1-0 on Saturday. Or 2-0, 3-0, 4-0 etc.

The goal conceded against Villa was a shocker and I'd like to see City tighten up at the back.

When the goal fest ends we'll need a strong defence to ensure wins in the PL.
What if the goal fest don't end until next May will our pathetic defence thats conceeded 7 yes Seven goals in 9 league games be enough to clinch the title.

Has Lawro been wrong yet?

Plenty of times.

But with regard to City, he had the Spurs game down as a 1-1 draw.

At least he got Tottenham's goals right.
