I yearn for the days of Kompany, Yaya, Zabaletta eyc whose leadership would've prevented these collapses in the second half. We can go on and on about the abilities of individual players but can anyone identify a player who is a leader in our team ?
I think we’ve seen the best of RoddersRodri is the one. His composure wouldn’t allow it to happen. He elevates the team based purely on how much he’s trusted. Whatever tempo he sets, they trust him to follow it.
Missing him big time.
He’s been a HUGE missKovacic, should he manage to stay fit, would be my choice as Captain. Hard as fuck, a top quality player, and someone that everyone will listen to.
I’m with you on this.I saw Bernardo wearing the captains armband on about 70 minutes and I couldn’t get my head around the fact we lack any kind of leadership. Bernie was a complete passenger and how he’s captain is beyond me. I saw Ruben bollocking a few after one of their goals but there really is a lack of leaders in tha team.
Captain is selected by the team, and if they have most respect for Bernardo then I really don't see the problem.

Is he fuck, looks frightened to death himself half the time hardly inspirational. He's living under the somewhat xenophobic elusion that most football fans have regards players from the old eastern block being hard as nails just because of where they where born.Khus is the man to lead this team. We just need to get him on the pitch first..
