League 2 Play Off Final | Carlisle beat Stockport County on pens

The quality is just so poor it’s almost unwatchable.
The quality is poor, but it's little things which you think should be taken for granted with professional footballers like - trying to control the ball with the right foot or judging the bounce of the ball.

Did Stockport come up last season as well? Even if they lose this it isn't a bad season. Plus, and it's a big plus, they stopped that Salford lot getting here.

Yes they did, they’ve risen pretty quickly from the Conference North to here after languishing for a long time. This would definitely be a better than expected result even if they lose.

My theory is that at lower levels athleticism is easier to find/acquire than skill and makes a bigger difference on results. Then as you come up the pyramid that trend starts to reverse because everybody is at roughly the same athletic capability so skill becomes more important.
