Just watching the tunnel cam video and seeing Walker jumping around smiling non stop and it hit me. This is his first trophy, something he's been waiting years for, got a lot of grief for his move, but its already paid off with a trophy. This is the first trophy for many other players as well. So so important IMO. We are building the true winning mentality.

It was a great discussion and one side comment was about the money spent. It was interesting because normally the discussion is that f you spend that much money on so many new players that you better be able to win. But today was different. It was more like, "yes, they spend money, but other teams spend about the same and they don't play well together. Plus this is a team that is very young. They will have to replace Kompany soon. Then Fernandinho, Silva, and Aguero over the next few seasons. But the frightening thing is that the main force of this team will be together for the next 5-7 years and most of them haven't even found their full potential yet.

I think that money will always be a big talking point for City, but if the talking heads are starting to acknowledge what we've been saying here for the last couple years, it is going to put a ton more pressure on the rest of the top teams around the world.

Met some lads from Glossop from Back2Basics days that I haven't seen in about 18 years in Watkin's Folly, which was a great pub, so that really added to the day. I'll be going there next time we've got the East end.

Feels like that was the biggest celebration since 93.20 for me, because it felt like we all were celebrating our League form(win) too.. It was the moment that we won the first title(s) under Pep, and it felt like the announcement that his era has definitely started.

The thought of what might lie ahead are almost too much to even hope for.

If the fuckwits on sad café can claim that next year will be PEG's real second season, we can easily say that this one is pep’s first, thus he’s won a trophy in his first campaign at Etihad.

What a scrote! 2nd yellow my arse , he should have got a card for diving when he claims Ferdy fouled him. Both goals were accepted by the match officials and VAR which means he is disagreeing with and saying 2 qualified refs and a lino were wrong. Don't remember him saying anything about bad decisions in the FA semi last year.

They are only wrong when it goes against his side, it’s the Wenger way, and Jack has been very well indoctrinated.

Dermott Gallagher said on SSN this morning,"no fouls for either of the first two goals".
Thierry Henry was even more adamant that they were purely down to shit defending.
He thinks the sun shines out of Peps arse, as do most pundits.
