it just goes to show that hughes is clueless. leaving out elano because he has personnel issues with him is a clear sign of bad man management, it is bad for the team and at the end of the day its hughes' management that has got us into the bottom 3.

exactly... and if any player at any level wants to play well he has to be able to play more than one match each month... there is no way Elano is ever gonna be in matchform if he never plays a game...

if this bollocks continue to go on, blaming elano for everything including 9/11 then i will think about it. Its interesting that Elano gets dropped for a few poor games (never had 2 games in succession) and vassell and benjani dont. Elano isnt the worst trainer, fuck, he isnt half as bad as most in the squad. When people are pointing the finger at Elano for being disruptive, fucking get down to carrington and watch them train. Watch OTHERS take the piss, not turn up etc and elano is there. Staying 1h after training aswell with Berti, Robby and Jo. Makes my blood boil for the constant shite being branded about elano. Fucking Hero to Scapegoat in 12 months.

I wouldnt blame Hart, Richards, Elano, Robinho, Jo , Cas to all put in a transfer request next month, they deserve to go to a proper club , with a proper fucking manager where they will be apprechiated.

Boys, i agree whole heartedly with your Hughes views.

But i cant help thinking that Elano is not that big a deal to City right now. Personally i havent seen him have more than 2 or 3 half-decent games throughout 2009. And again, personally, i will be dissapointed if the Arab millions were to be spent building a team around the likes of Elano.

He had a great first 4 months but since then, not good enough for me.

It worries me that you know things really have got that bad. I know you don't want to go into details but you are right. Every little thing is being blamed on Elano. Its quite frightening.
