Having a laugh my friend. It's been going on a lot longer than recently, the paranoia I mean.

fuck me i was getting a bit paranoid myself then :)
depression im used to being a city fan,but paranoia is something i dont like its not healthy, and gives a false reason for not succeeding
An excuse in other words.
The paranoia used to annoy, almost anger me. I just think it's funny now.

Being paranoid, am I?

Maybe.

But tell me this: when was the last time Manchester City won a game in which Peter Walton was the referee? And how many games ago was that?

And IF Peter Walton was biased against us, is it really paranoid to consider whether Lee Mason might be as well?

I couldn't give a fuck mate. If the team isn't good enough to beat the likes of Swansea and Sunderland away, a game where we had a shit load of chances, well then that is why we appear to have lost the league we dominate for so long this season, nothing else. That's just how I see it. I could easily blame the refs, but then that would mask what the real reason is, wouldn't it.

If it's not corruption, it's incompetence, neither which should be in the modern game.

But I think 911 was an inside job, so I'll carry on with my tin foil hat on.

And of course if it was true, why would it take some random football fan from a random forum of a random club to see it? Why hasn't it been exposed by the powers that be, in other words?

Can you not understand the simple point that Utd have been poor against losts of teams this season but have been helped over the line by dubious decisions.

No, but I can understand that if we had maintained our form when it mattered, Boxing day onwards, and won at places you should do when winning a league, it wouldn't matter how Unite obtained their points tally. On that though, I see it simply as them knowing how to cross that finishing line whether playing shit, fantastic or mediocre. We will one day too.
