I don't hate Leeds because the players were dirty back in the 60s /70s
I hate them because of the more or less continuous trouble we had with their fans back in the 70s. I went to most City matches at Elland Road in those days and every single one involved running battles and skirmishes with Leeds fans from the moment we got there to the minute we left.
As I have said previously,I had more bricks and bottles thrown at me there than all other grounds combined. It was a long time ago, but that kind of nastiness sticks in your mind forever.
I think most of the older blues on here will agree with what I have just posted.
So Leeds United can fuck off to Division Two. The sooner the better.
I’ve never been to Elland Road, but Mrs Vienna has and she backs up every word you say.

Remember a game at Maine road - I think we got beat 5-2 and I have Wenger seen anything like it afte the game. A Leeds coach got pushed over outside the sherwood.
