Crackling atmosphere here at Elland Rd.

Reminds me of Maine Road derbies before the old Kippax was knocked down. Used to hurt your ears it was that loud.

Leeds fans are what we used to be 25 years ago. Everyone saw City fans as loyal lunatics who you wouldn’t fuck with unless you were also a lunatic or wanted to make a name for yourself. We were a fanbase everyone respected even if they didn’t like us because they’d been on the end of a beating at Maine Road.

Like when we circled the Ewood Park pitch and had fans in every stand, we were fucking top class back then:






The way we used to sing ‘Blue Moon’ back then was so good as well. A bit slower, more tuneful, less barked out like a dog.

Was heartwarming to hear 15 mins non stop Wilder is a Wxxxxr from 35k plus men, women, children, binary, non binary, police dogs, horses in unison. City would probably ban season ticket holders singing such profanity at Rashford and co .

Another great myth. Every stadium except the Emptihad has a great atmosphere. Leeds wasn't brilliant a few years ago when they were plumbing the depths.
