City always took large numbers to Elland Road in those days. I was at both FA C up games. I managed to get to the ground and inside OK,but it was pure mayhem in the vicinity of the ground afterwards.
I went to the first one but not the second. Joe Corrigan save of the season. City fans smashed up a Leeds coach in the car park right next to me and my old man. That was the 70s. Brutal.

Remember a trip to Elland Road in the 80s when Leeds fans were firing Rockets into the away end, the local bill did fuck all.

Personally I'm happy for Leeds and Bielsa, I also like the City, it doesn't really matter to me whether people think they are a big club or a small club. Especially as Brentford is yet another London club.

Leeds have spent 16 years outside of The Prem and also spent most of the 80s outside Division One. So in the last 40 years they have spent around 25 years outside the top flight. And in those 40 years they

Depends how you define "big".
Seem to be confusing big with successful.

Or are you agreeing with the united fans that used to call City a small club 10 years ago?
