We should have gone for Digne, he is going to be a Dani Alves who can actually defend but is going to Monaco now.
Luke Shaw, Ben Davies, Jetro Willems, Alex Sandro are some good young left-backs. A little older but Bastian Oczipka had a terrific season for Eintracht last year and can't be far off a Germany call-up.

considering eliseu is a winger, I cant imagine hes going to want to play left back for us
