Personally, I'd prefer a right back, as I think Cancelo is a better LB. Every season I think we should replace Zinchenko for a specialist LB, but every season he keeps impressing me with his determination to succeed at City & improve as a player.

He's very similar in attitude & application to Gabby. This kind of attitude is good to have around, albeit there maybe better specialist LB options available.

Kyle is 32 on the 28th and is beginning to get injured and Davies, Hernandez and Mendes all present better options for now and the future.
Cancelo 28 on 27th can play both in midfield and on the wing, as well right back, which might reduce the need to play both right backs in every tough game.

Both of these players have missed a fair few games this season and of course will be 33 and 29 respectively next year.

Well he's not very good. Says a lot that the fee is that low and Newcastle are interested.
