Who should we sign at left back?

Is Tagliafico the new Isco? Ten Hag isn’t taking him anywhere as he hasn’t liked him in awhile

I might be wrong but I don’t think Lodi gets into the Brazil National Team squad. Is he actually that good? Or is there another reason.

The last time he played for Brazil, Argentina won a Copa América on his flaws. Tite won’t call him again

Who do you want at left back then? Lodi seems to be the most popular option but I’m not sold on him. Raum is the best option for now I think. Theo Hernandez would have been ideal but he extended with AC Milan.

Who do I want? Hmm, Andrew Robertson? Lol… I would love Theo Hernandez or Kieran Hernandez. My perspective is that whoever we sign has to have the potential of eventually being the best in the world in that position. Raum is good but won’t be that.

If Tierney wasn’t made of glass, I’d be all over him. I do agree he is still one of the best options. I see what you’re saying with Raum and I reckon he’d be a decent backup option. Seems as though he’s off to Dortmund though.

He signed a contract extension with AZ in March, as much to make sure the club was compensated when he leaves, as expected, this summer. Had been heavily linked with Ajax, and ten Hag has been particularly effusive, but AZ have also seen young players go to France recently: Stengs to Nice and Boadu to Monaco.
 
I'm a big advocate for Ait-Nouri or Cucurella after this season. Especially Cucu after the thumping of the rags yesterday. Both techincally great.
