Aaron Hickey would be perfect. Can cover both full back positions, which is ideal considering Cancelo switches between the left and right.
Surely would be obtainable for €20m ish as well?

Haaland - £53 million
Alvarez - £18 million
Hickey - £17 million
Total - 138 million
Considering we sold Ferran for £47 million (potential 8.5 million in add ons) and will likely sell Jesus for around £40 million, it is quite affordable. On top of selling a few loan and CFG players it will pretty much all be paid for.

If Tierney wasn’t injury prone he’d be a no-brainer. Don’t think there’s any standout LBs available out there at the moment. I like Mitchell, but he’s pretty poor offensively. The closest thing would be Wijndal for me. Well rounded full-back, very good on the ball and a great crosser
