Or maybe approached him and searched him for weapons when he was prostrate on the floor? Did you also notice ( stating the obvious here ) the poor discipline amongst the cops? When the girl was being cuffed the shooters oppo stepped from behind into the left hand line of fire ! The shooter was gonna kill someone that day and you don't want to get in front of him. Five shots into a guy about 5 metres away - thats shoot to kill not shoot to immobilise.

I echo the previous statements how appalling the US Police are and how RW redneck America are now brainwashed into mixing up support for the Police at any cost with patriotism....... Build a wall right round the lot of them I say and let them get on with their own inevitable destruction in one big shootout.

There is literally no reason to make him kneel up and crawl across to the officers.

He’s was laid face down on the floor with his legs crossed and fingers interlocked. They could have easily cuffed him then. I’m fucking appalled.
