I tend to not overact with specific players, it's a team game an'all. However, Kante, man, he is so good. The comparison to Claude Makelele is spot on. He never stops running, he gets stuck in for 90 minutes, and the thing is, you never really notice him. He to me was the glue for Leicester last year. So much was made of Huth, Vardy, Drinkwater, Morgan. They were all outstanding, but IMHO, they excelled a lot because of the work Kante was doing for them.

Mainly fair comment. The sad thing is that we cant afford Mahrez without Kante. I would let him go if someone wants to pay the barking mad fees flying around. We have Demarai Gray and Kaputzka, as exciting improvers abd Musa who can fill his roll. Much depends on how Mendy shapes up.

Mahrez has signed a new 4 year contract. They've done well to hang on to the bulk of their squad from last season; only Kante of their top notch players has jumped ship.

You've won the league. get used to being shot at. We've had it since 2008 and it went overboard from 2012. Unless you are an original Sky4 you are untouchable. They could set a pyre of dogs on fire as pre match entertainment and spin it as a tribute to one of their foreign fanbases.

Thing is mat, we had it all last season utill the writing was well and trully on the wall, but it doesnt matter a Tom Tit. We probably won the most revered Premier League title of them all. It matters not what happens this term, no one will take that away from us. I cant see anyone else matching it.
As for you, from where I am standing, I just dont see this percieved "anti City", stance on the part of the media. When you won the first of your titles, it wS wRmly welcomed. Me and the Doris nearly lifted the roof off, in celebration. It was refreshing. Thing is, as you rightly say above, champions are there to be shot at. You must admit, that your success came off the back of the shieks financial backing. I seem to remember reading that MCFC are technically the worlds richest club, and the perception is that for your new stature, you have under performed. Surely, its hard to fully dissagree. In my opinion, its time you dropped all the "Talksport, Sky, BT Sport" threads, and forget about, "The Rags", and concentrate one supporting your own club. Some of it smacks of small time paranoia.
