Hmmm, the immediate media reaction is that Pep is counteracting the mind games from Halaand’s agent. Time will tell, it’s like the summer transfer window has already started and I think we can anticipate numerous twists and turns before deadline day.

If we are not going to buy a striker in the summer, then why not keep Sergio for one more season.

No about the match really. More about Aguerro and his successor as in Haaland.
It’ll be me reading the news when Haaland or whoever we sign can be seen pictured with a City top.
As this topic is about the match vs Leicester, we will play the 2nd best team in the PL imho. And we always seem to struggle against them. Even the 5-1 a couple of years ago it was 1-1 at half time and not easy at all.
Furthermore we play a CL QF on Tuesday and you never know if we still have the rhythm after an absence of half the squad for a fortnight.
They are beatable at there place though.
This game could really go either way. And it’ll be a start of the most important part of our season.
Don’t care who starts except for Ederson, and I expect us to win in the end.

I really want to hand them their arses tomorrow after the early season result, however, you have to accept that Rogers has a system that causes us problems...
that being said, and I doubt he’ll go two up top against us (which has seen a resurgence in form since Maddison forced the issue), I expect a closely contested 2-1 for us, with you know who reminding everyone he’s far from finished...
