I think Mahrez will play, and given our injury problems, coupled with the way they play - ie.Vardy and Gray racing downfield after 60 yard punts in oceans of space - I'd rate this as one of our toughest remaining fixtures. Come out of it with a win and even an arch pessimist like me can only see us winning the title. A defeat would bring all manner of unnecessary extra pressure though, not because I expect us to go on a disastrous run particularly, but rather because the next PL game after it is Arsenal away, where we've stunk the place out more or less non-stop for 45 years, and as I can easily see United winning 10 of their last 12 (they've only lost once to a team outside the top 6 all season), a lead of 7 or 8 points with 10 games left, rather than 13 points, would absolutely galvanise them. Winning today is imperative
Yeah, was going to post something similar myself. Today is hugely important, and I think we’re in for a very tough game. Hopefully we’ll benefit from the rest earlier in the week, and we’ll have too much for Leicester. An early goal would be most welcome.
