Pep Guardiola has confirmed Mikel Arteta is in London completing his move to Arsenal.

Pep Guardiola on filling the vacancy left by Mikel Arteta: "We will stay with the same people here. Now we don’t add, we can go with the people we have here."

"He decided to move there. You cannot stop it, follow your dreams and Arsenal was a big part of his career. We wish him all the best I’m pretty sure he will do a great job."

Pep Guardiola has confirmed both Sergio Aguero and John Stones trained ahead of Leicester. David Silva remains out.

No chance they will with oliver as the ref!

I truly hate that bastard. A pox on his crooked house.

All the same, I fancy us for the Leicester win more than the Wolves game, who funnily enough, also have less than 48 hours to recover and play Liverpool at Anfield.

Anyone would think these fixtures are being worked out...I see they have move our game at Leicester to a 5.30pm kick-off.

Shocked I am, shocked...

Pep Guardiola on motivating his side: "A lot of games to play. The distance we have now - the teams in front or behind - can change in a few weeks and especially in this period. We have to do what we have to do."

Pep Guardiola on @LCFC: "They have a lot of quality and they play good and control all departments of the game. A fantastic team and last season, I thought they would be fighting for the top four and the year."

Also this

Manchester City's winter break will be a week later than their top six rivals. Liverpool, Leicester, Tottenham, Chelsea and Manchester United will have the weekend of the 9th February off, while City will instead have the weekend of the 15th February off.

Hmmm

Also, look at the fixtures of both teams when the champions league restarts....

They play Atletico after Norwich and before West Ham. Then the 2nd leg after Bournemouth and before Everton and Palace.

We play Real Madrid after Leicester and before Arsenal and Rags. Then the 2nd leg is immediately before playing Chelsea.

100% by design.
