Also, I’ve only checked up to gameweek 20, but out of those 20 weeks, Liverpool played (or will play) before City in 11 weeks, City in 6 weeks, with the other weeks seeing us kicking off at the same time. 11 times versus 6.Starting from the 2 games in 2 days coming up they have the season stitched up nicely
That to me is a sure sign that the organisers don’t want Liverpool feeling under pressure. For example if we were 9 points behind, we could go 6 behind before they play and it’s pressure on. Instead, they keep giving Liverpool as many opportunities as possible to extend the lead first.
