Leicester City Thread - 2022/23

It'd be bollocks though. To be in the relegation zone with a squad that includes Maddison, Tielemans, Ndidi, Barnes, Soyoncu, etc, is a really poor effort. All of those have been linked with top clubs at one time or another, and okay, some might not be at the level they once were (Bertrand, Vardy, Evans, etc), but they should be nowhere near the relegation zone.
Nah the narrative is Brenda had no money and did Leicester a favour by staying. I agree they should be at least midtable with that squad. He should have got them into the champions league 2 years running but handed it to United.

I don't see what manager would want to go to a team 2nd bottom with 10 games to go.
Only one could be someone out of work on a deal until the end of the season.

A loathsome individual. Couldn’t happen to a nicer fellow.
They all blame Gerrard for that Chelsea defeat, it was Rodgers opening his big mouth slagging off City and Chelsea with three games to go which they would have won the title if they’d won all three.

Just picked up a piece from Delaney saying its a blow for one of the Premier Leagues (financial) 'model clubs". Wow think they've had some pretty murky financial goings on culminating in the owners recent debt repayment.
Delooney is a paid up anti city hack. The amount of rubbish these influencers spout is truly shocking. They are not journalists in any shape or form.
