I'm sure he will tap into some of our talent and could be good for Delap, C Doyle, Wilson Esbrand. Fiorini etc.

Also, most of the first team ego's will have gone and it will be a clean slate, more or less. It would be good if he can hang onto Vardy and maybe even Kelechi or even JFE, but that maybe difficult.

He also needs to build a backroom team. Maybe Barry-Murphy or Wilkinson with him.
