This smells like a possibility that he might become the main man once Pep leaves.

This is an aspect of Pep's approach that I really like. Ferguson did the same thing.

It keeps things fresh.

Purple nose had very little coaching ability and needed coaches.

His knowledge of such will also be interesting.

I mentioned this in the other thread.
However I then looked up about his stint at seria B Parma and saw he only lasted 14 games before getting sacked.
Not the best of experience.

14 games seems a bit of a knee jerk reaction, he certainly did well with our U23's.
