Leicester (H) Post Match Thread.

I knew that goal was going in before it did, thanks to my phone notifying me it went in before my stream.

Only made it to 2 matches this season, the other we lost, so some significant trepidation about forking out £200 to watch Brendan deny us the title.

But in the end what a fantastic match to get to - an absolute stonker from Kompany. Great atmosphere. What a team.

Thought Gundogan was fantastic tonight too, in that position where a mistake could lead to a fatal counter and he was flawless and intercepted a significant number of their potential breaks. Would've been an easy MOTM if not for Kompany.

Bloody hell, that was tense. Frankly, not a great performance.
Some of our potential match winners were very flat tonight & it was down to Captain VK to come up with the goods. Raz needs to feckin wake up in the league, been poor for weeks now and as one of our big big game changers, he needs to regain that form...please....before Sunday.
Gundogan - shoot that twat, woosed out of a simple tackle that led to their only chance, then gifted possession back to them with a minute to go with a pathetic ball straight to Schmeichel, couldn't even shank it out of play...no...had to lob it straight into Schmeichel's hands...did the same against Burnley with that abysmal free kick.
We got away with it a bit tonight, they defended really well and broke well.
Who played well? errr.....Vinnie, Laporte.....errr.....
Foden was anonymous, great prospect but he has got a lot to learn about getting involved in games that we are struggling in.
David Silva was poor, Bernado was poor, Sane came on and was utter guff....frankly, he has been terrible for months. What is going on there?
Gab comes on and concedes 2 pointless fouls in their half which gave them the chance to hoof it forward, twice, feckin twice in the last 3 minutes....our game management in the last 3 minutes was frighteningly amateurish.
Actually really annoyed about that tonight, we are making very heavy work of these last games.
Seriously, we'd better be up for it from minute 1 on Sunday, been well off the pace for weeks now.
Are you for real? You might have cried when Tuaert left, but is seems to me you've not stopped crying since! Stop being embarrassing and get a feckin' backbone. You're annoyed about tonight? Realy? FFS, I bet you've never smiled in your life. Please take your miserable persona over to Salford - you'd fit in really well over there.

Couple of observations on the game.

Looked like two stone wall penalties on Sterling were not given. Dean allowed them to kick fuck out of us, particularly Sterling and Bernardo.

Leicester are game upping cnuts....played like it was a cup final, right to the final whistle....I hope they get relegated next season.

Vincent Kompany is a fucking God.

I need to watch the game back to see if I’m talking shit for those pens...looked like it from 102.

Neither were pens.

Leicester have been playing well since Rogers came in and I believe they will challenge for top 6 next season if they hang on to their players.

He’s the epitome of everything this club is about - determined, effort, togetherness, fight ’til the end, leadership. He’s a fucking legend that man.

I got emotional when that goal went in, it will have meant as much to him as it did to everyone in the stands and when the whole stadium bounced to his chant it was a special moment!

Thought we controlled the game. Although Silva and Kun weren’t particularly effective and I thought Foden was poor. But we kept going.

Sané was a proper nuisance when he came on.
