As I've said before & got endless shit for, I believe that the injury situation & the struggles the team has had are all part of a complete lack of planning (or management) by Pellegrini.

Regarding injuries, I've been repeatedly shouted down when mentioning that, for at least a year, maybe more, we should have been using kids regularly & getting them on the pitch, in order to supplement the squad. This would lessen the fatigue, physical & mental, of the first team squad & add much needed energy & enthusiasm to the whole setup.

We saw yeseterday, in a game where we were struggling like fuck & had gone to pieces, that Celina was able to come on, cope with it, & actually look better than some of the senior players, & produce the best cross of the game. He was able to 'do a job' for the first team. That doesn't mean he will become David Silva, he might not make it at all, but it does prove that he doesn't NEED to be David Silva, in order to come on the pitch & fill a position. He was able to do that & make a better contribution, than Silva actually did on the day. That is not unusual in football, it's bog standard.

He is one of about ten or more kids who could imo do the same, & many could have been doing it for at least 12 months. He is nowhere near the toughest, the fastest nor the best performer in the past few seasons, amongst those kids. Yet he was able to come on in the middle of that fucking farce, v a grafting team of adults & pass the ball perfectly.

Imagine how many hard slogging minutes where players pick up strains that contribute to injuries, could have been eliminated by introducing a few kids late in games ? Imagine if we then found one or two were actually quite good & could use them more ? Maybe even a matchwinner or two if we're lucky ? Pellegrini has been lazy, unadventurous & incompetent in this respect & it has made our club less efficient than it should be.

Now that's gone & we find ourselves in this fucking mess he has created, hows about he accepts we are struggling (especially with Silva injured again) & decides to actually MANAGE the fucking team, to get some results ?

How about he puts out a balanced FIT team, with a game plan & a defensive shape in order to COMPETE in games, both tactically & energetically, insted of believing we are Real fucking Madrid with Zidane, & can just roll ever **** over ? Do what normal managers do, look at the oppo, put out a solid, well drilled side designed to hurt them AND TO STOP THEM, & see if Aguero etc win it for us ?

Or does he just think that Lecester, Stoke etc have better players than us & therefore can outplay us on any given day ?
Couldn't agree more There's also the factor that the "kid" is an unknown quantity and opposition tend to ignore them. To me it's been negligent on behalf of this manager not to do as you suggest

There is a difference between criticising a player than abusing him, and i think i am entitled to my opinion, and truth be told he hasnt been consistent enough or has he? I really hope he will come out good though but i doubt he will survive the pep revolution.

I was told yesterday he was the only player to show desire, may be that,s right but When you pay 45m+ for a player you dont pay for desire you pay for results, if its about desire only than put an academy lad up there and he will probably show more desire

If we didn't concentrate on the left back with the zimmer frame getting up alongside him, in order to fail to cross or shoot accurately time and time again, and instead, told the lad(Sterling) to get the ball and attack the opposition like he can on a good day with his blistering speed, we might do a bit better, and your criticism of Sterling might not be so harsh.
Muddled thinking on team selection (and possibly on player recruitment) is the issue, imho, coupled with unfit/off form players who were outshone by a much fitter and well balanced team on the day.
Everything yesterday was entirely predictable, as soon as we saw MDM, Yaya, Silva and Zaba in the team. In the absence of a bit of luck and early magic to get us in front, we just looked more and more pedestrian as the game went on.
And, how many fuckin' times do we have to give away a crucial early shitty goal in a big match. for Christ's sake!!! MDM should hang his boots up for failing to stick with the slowest player on their team - Huth. MDM should be the one marshalling everyone and demanding concentration and marking, but he failed to stay goalside of his man.......again!
Well done Leicester anyway - entirely deserved the 3 points and they're looking a very good bet for the title now - reasonable run in and no other cup competitions to distract them.
We need to come good pronto!

We have seen it happen in football for so many years, it really pisses me off that we see it hardly at all, at the club with the best academy in the country. Kid comes on, plays a bilinder,(if he's a rag, he's the next George Best etc) senior player comes back, fit, kid 9 times out of 10 ends up playing for Steve Bruce. Doesn't matter. Job done.

The team fought at the end, not until the end. 4 minutes of effort from the team is fucking wank, don't try to sugar coat it with clichés, and while I stayed 'til the end, I've no issue with people walking out on that shite.

I wanted to walk out at half time but always stay til the end. I was rewarded with ten minutes of Celna & a goal a couple of nice 1-2's between Kun & Kelechi which look good for the future. All in all, the end was miles better than the beginning.
