All results have either been 2-2 or 3-1 at that ground 2 of each. Any win would be amazing.

With the confidence flying high and possibly Yaya, Vinny and Merlin coming in... God help Leicester!!

After a away game in Europe you get surprise results

There'll be a lot of tiredness and players will be coming down

On the plus side we have Kompany, Kolarov, Sagna, Silva and Yaya to come in if fit. That's quite an array of talent.

This wont be easy and I've had this down as an awkward game for some time, regardless of tonight's result

3-0

No Nasri after his run of games, are you mental?

I think he ran his socks off tonight. Its a tough run of fixtures over xmas. Just keeping him fresh

Evening gents Leicester fan in peace here. Fantastic result for you guys tonight in Rome, apart from the first 15 minutes in the first half I thought you guys looked comfortable and scored a couple of well worked goals.

Getting onto Saturday's game like many other Leicester fans I don't expect anything and will be happy if we keep you down to under 5 goals. We've not been hammered so far this season but we're fearing the worst for Saturday. Since we beat your enemies back in September we've only picked up 2 points in 10 games , confidence is low and some "fans" are calling for Pearsons head unfortunately.

Anyway hope you enjoy your visit to the King Power and if any of you are coming up there's a few pubs in Aylestone that will have the early kick off on. There's also a working men's club that is run by a Man City fan who opens up and lays some food on for you.

Cheers mate! A tough game for us after our efforts tonight. Thought you would do better this season but it's a tough old league. Always found your fans very sound.

Regardless of who might be missing i think this could be the game we give somebody a real battering. Leicester are in poor form and we're on fire at the moment. 5/6-1

Thanks Fox.

Fortunately for you it's the perfect time to play us. We'll be tired and mentally we have to get attuned to the Premiership again. And LCFC have nothing to lose. I remember Filbert St well. That was a funny old ground. A tiny stand on one side. I remember going there for an FA Cup game when we sang Wonderwall and we drew 0-0 then took you back to Maine Rd and beat you. I think Gio scored an amazing goal although it's possible my memory is playing tricks

I rate your manager. Always liked him. I hope you keep him

Absolute rubish marvin we have just won probably one of the biggest games for a long time and it proves to the media and other clubs supporters we are not a one man team.We will make changes and will be straight back on it.

I hope you are right, but I'm speaking with an eye on history and the impact these games have on teams who play in Europe and not just City. We've gone to Rome on a Wednesday night and the weekend game is on a Saturday. That will be a factor. And no Aguero. Look at his impact in recent away games

Give Merlin the second half for Lamps!

Leicester v City Pre Match Thread

Cannot rest on our great achievements in the past week.

Have to press on and win this one as well.

Hopefully we will have more players to choose from with only Nasty and Kun sidelined.
