The issue being Spurs have no desire to sell Bale (and already told the incoming Paulinho they won't sell Bale) so why would they be pressured into dropping the price tag?

I've thought of another theory. Madrid are buying Isco so they can offer him to Spurs as a makeweight for Bale.
