Leipzig Away - One Night Stay - Flight Only

You can do Lufthansa from Manchester to Leipzig via Frankfurt. Fly out the morning of the game, fly back Thursday evening.
Only down side is it’s £600 on Expedia!

Alternative you could do the same route but Tuesday to Thursday instead which is coming out at £450.

I know a lot of people are going to other cities in Germany and getting the train, eg: Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt etc.
You could do the Manchester to Frankfurt Lufthansa flight then get the train, it’s 3 hours but only €30?
That option comes out about £400 including the train.

Don’t know your budget but that might be your best bet at this stage?

We fly from Stansted on Monday into Leipzig. £26 Ryanair.
Fly back to Stansted from Berlin on Friday £99.

Prices just checked a few minutes ago.

It does mean a 4 night stay, so flight savings are negated to some degree on accommodation, etc, spending
