Don't agree chap. The strength and quality of the first team squad comes first and foremost imo. It's hard to call how the EDS lads will develop, you can't risk the advancement of the first team squad by chancing it with "promising" youngsters, particularly when your lucky enough not to have to!

Not every youth player will even make it as a professional, City are doing the right thing, we buy top young talents and hopefully mold them into great players.

What people need to realise is that another purpose of the CFA is to also make money, look at Lopes, we sold a player who was never good enough for £7.3m.
