He's younger, apparently more skillful and better in attack but like Sterling not the finished article(or he'd be starting for Germany)... I'm starting to think though that we need to be realistic with the amount of players of this type Pep can take on at once and think about just how much work Pep has ahead of him. We want him to improve and guide so many young players already Raheem, Kelechi, Mangala/Stones... then there's the rest of the team who are good but could still learn something and the team needs to learn the style he has in mind, then there's bringing through some youth from the academy which nobody has done yet. That's a lot of work maybe we do need some players who are ready that are already at a level where they wont need too much one to one guidance to deliver what he wants.
